DSR132 Finesse Hook

Hayabusa Fishing created the black matte DSR132 Finesse Hook for traditional drop shot bass fishing and other light fishing rig techniques.  Whether fishing for largemouth bass, spotted bass, or smallmouth bass, drop shot bass fishing and other light finesse fishing rigs catch all sized bass in a variety of fisheries.  Some bass fishermen prefer traditional drop shot fishing (vertical presentation as opposed to a vertical-to-horizontal hopping, dragging presentation), and the DSR 132 Finesse Hook specializes in accomplishing a convincing vertical bait presentation that bass cannot resist.

Fly 354BL – Barbless Dry Nymph Hook

Fly 356BL – Barbless Wet Fly

Hayabusa Fishing introduced fly fishermen to barbless fly fishing hooks with the Fly 354 Barbless Dry Nymph.  However, fly fishermen need to balance out the presentation since dry flies are effectively used far less than wet flies.  The Fly 356 Barbless Wet Fly will be used far more frequently throughout the seasons than the dry fly model.  This fly fishing hook’s sproat bend, turned down eye, standard shank, and triple heavy wire balance each other out and improve a fly fishermen’s chances of catching desirable fish.  Keep in mind, though, it is a barbless fly fishing hook.  While it is harder to catch fish with barbless fly fishing hooks, it also causes less damage than barb fly fishing hooks.

Fly 357BL – Barbless Egg Shrimp Fly Hook

Hayabusa Fishing introduced fly fishermen to two other barbless fly fishing hooks – the Fly 354 Barbless Dry Nymph Hook (for surface fishing action) and the Fly 356 Barbless Wet Fly (for sub-surface fly fishing, predominant pattern).  In both cases, though the emphasis is on different sections of the water column, both replicate a Nymph-like fly fishing hook design to match the difficulties experienced when fishing specific sections of the water column.

However, the Fly 357 Barbless Egg Shrimp Fly Hook adds another dimension to barbless fly fishing hooks.  As its name suggests, the hook features characteristics favorable for an egg and/or shrimp fly presentation.  Fly fishermen for freshwater fishing and/or saltwater fishing will find this fishing hook’s continued bend, turned down eye, double short shank, triple heavy wire, and forged metal material quite useful in catching big fish.
